Shipping Policy

We deliver both within Australia and internationally. International customers can choose from available shipping options during checkout.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, and use Australia Post delivery for all orders. You will be provided with a delivery date estimate upon your order placement and delivery can usually take from 1-5 days within Australia. Once your package has been dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details by email. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping option selected at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over $55. For orders under this amount, a flat $10 fee applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia. International delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping option selected at checkout. Free delivery for orders over $55 applies to Australian orders only.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
As we use Australia Post for deliveries, we are able to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Returns and exchanges

Australian Pet Organics hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if the product is faulty we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

How do I return my product back to you?
Please choose your purchase carefully as Australian Pet Organics will not be able to accept returns on sale items or if you simply change your mind.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or a product that you have not ordered please email hello@aporganics.com.au within five days of receiving your parcel.

Please use your invoice number as a reference and any contact email or phone numbers so that we can discuss the issue and return. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with a returns approval authorisation.

Items being returned must be in the original condition and packaging they were sent.

Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval. Please include your invoice with your return and any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
