- Free Delivery in HK on orders over HK$350. Please enter SF Store Locations / Locker Code / Delivery Address Delivery fee will be paid by the merchant.
- Shipping will be handled by SF Express.
- Product(s) will be shipped within 2 working days.
Returns and Refunds
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@nekoinu.online. We will respond within 1 working day. Please include your order number and a picture of the product to our team for reference.
